  1. At the time of this comment, it seems that the newer version, 1.1.0, was supposed to be released this month, so that begs a question as to why a delay has taken place.

    1. You are right! Still working on gmemusage, XFT fonts. new winterm version, 5Dwm Xinerama support and a bunch of fixes. As for the why, well it’s STILL a one man operation. It will be available soon.

I might move the dates to mid-months to give me more leeway.

  2. I just installed it on a Fedora 26 machine and I must say that I am very impressed! I spent a lot of time on Indy’s and O2’s in the late 90’s and I am in the process of getting an Origin 3200 working. This is the real deal for SGI desktop experience!

    Thanks very much!

  3. Really looking forward to Debian/Ubuntu-compatible release of this, any update on availability?

I would much prefer to run IRIX-like environment over other Linux choices (put another way, really miss my 4DWM — my Octane2’s too slow as a main desktop machine just to use 4DWM).
